بعض الأشياء لم يكن من المفترض اكتشافها... يظهر هيكل فضائي ضخم وغامض في مدار الأرض ويذهل العالم أجمع؛ تُطلق عليه البشرية اسم "الميتاهيدرون". يُرسل فريق تقييم واستجابة الاتصال الواعي (SCAR) - المكون من علماء ومهندسين - للتحقيق. لا تسير الأمور كما هو مخطط لها، فينقل الميتاهيدرون الفريق عبر الفضاء إلى كوكب غامض خارج المجموعة الشمسية. تلعب دور الدكتورة كيت وارد - عضوة في SCAR - التي تستيقظ مذهولة، وحيدة في بيئة غريبة ومعادية. مصممًا على البقاء على قيد الحياة، تنطلق للعثور على طاقمك وكشف غموض ما حدث.
